This Privacy Policy explains how I (Matt Davis, operating as Matthew Davis Homes) collect, use, and protect the information you provide through this website. This website speaks for me and Matthew Davis Homes only. JLA Realty is my managing broker, referenced here only where required for real estate licensing disclosures.
When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type of inquiry you select, and your message. I do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
I use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to follow up with you about buying, selling, or renting real estate. Information you submit is stored in Follow Up Boss, my customer relationship management (CRM) system, solely for the purpose of managing communications with you.
By submitting the contact form, you consent to be contacted by me by phone, text message, or email, including by automated means, regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, or by contacting me directly using the information below.
I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is shared only with Follow Up Boss, my CRM provider, for the purpose of managing my communications with you. I may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
I take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact me at any time to ask what information I have about you, to request corrections, or to ask me to stop contacting you or delete your information, subject to any recordkeeping obligations I have under Texas real estate law.
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
